Sleep

I dare to close my eyes now

..just for a while..as it is calm now

Dark, but calm..nothing I could hear

Other  than the waves and the creaking sound of wood.

I had fought with all my strength..

When those tides had hit me with all the vigor...I fought and survived this one..this one fight..

I'll sleep now..just for a while..as it is calm now.

The tides may come again..again the waves would rise..making me feel so small..so tiny...so weak.

O the unforgiving sea..the mighty, unforgiving sea..

..on whose lap I lie may soon strangle me with its unimaginable force..

just break me into pieces..I dare not let my shield down and be not ready..

But I  will close my eyes now.. just for a while..may be more as it is calm now..

For I don't know what the next moment brings..

but this one moment I'll sleep..

and let it pass a little ignored..as it is calm now
