The Last stand

A dream..it has to be a dream
I was standing in front of, what they called GOD
I could see nothing
I waited for some light to shine, in a while it did
but still, could see nothing
my faith shaken, belief shattered
I stand on hope and only hope
but nothing
a voice would come, i waited
I howled, I cried with all the might
but could see nothing
now even the light is gone
in the darkness i stand alone..
to see nothing
I did what I could do..
wanted to Pray, but to Who
coz in place of God, I see nothing
Aimless, I stood
now on my knees, my eyes are dry
not a tear left to cry...i whisper
O God, where did u go?
no voice, no sight...
I want to wake up..to end the dream
only to realize, I can never wake up..
I slept the last sleep and this dream is what left for me
for eternity....No God, No light, No me
only darkness and nothing to see...
